The Catalan Music Palace
"El Palau de la música" is a concert hall designed by Lluís Domènech i Muntaner between 1905 and 1908.
Is the headquarters of the "Orfeó Català", a prestigious institution of catalan music and culture.
The UNESCO declared this building a world heritage in 1987.
Guided visits are from Monday to Friday, they are half an hour long and the price is around 8 euros.
You can get there with bus 58 (stop next to the hostel) to Plaza Cataluña. Once there, only 5 minutes walk.
